“Excellent location. Great breakfast buffet. Excellent staff. The ferry station is just right in front of the hotel. Scenic, walking distance to Villa Carlotta. Lot’s of restaurants close by and they have a great one within the hotel as well. ”

“Lille hyggeligt hotel med rigtig god atmosfære. Værelset med badeværelse var dejligt stort og rummeligt. Gode parkeringsforhold som er vigtigt i området. Morgenmad var ok. Meget venligt personale. Lækker pool område og restaurant var også hyggelig. Vi oplevede desværre et meget larmende aircondition. Restaurant var lukket et par aftener pga personalemangel. Hotellet er lidt slidt men fantastiske omgivelser. ”

“The property check in desk was a bit difficult to figure out and no place to stop to get out and find the check in desk (which is in the restaurant under the hotel de luc). Also no privacy blinds in the bathroom (so watch out at night). However, the apartment was awesome!!!! Great views, right in the center of the plaza. It was spacious and clean. Parking was convenient. All very affordable as well. We would definitely stay again.”

“Nice old hotel building. Really clean, in the morning one of the staff cleaned the ceiling (!). Breakfast was good except for the coffee - both machine and filter was not good. Staff at breakfast was helpful and working, but reception was weirdly care to anything. When asking to store luggage, the guy didn’t even realise maybe he was supposed to help taking the luggage away. Just stood there, confused. And then again when picking it up, told us we could just «get it». From behind the counter...……

“We spent 4 nights here and had the breakfast on one occasion. The hotel is perfectly situated between Lenno and Tremezzo ferry stops and has a pizza takeaway, restaurant and a convenience shop within a 5 min walk- in addition to the on site restaurant and bar. The hotel breakfast was worth the €10 pp as there was fresh fruit options, snacks and biscuits, pastry, toast and meats and cheese as well as juices and coffee. The hotel was clean and comfortable, but the floor could have done with a……

“Sehr freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal, Gute Lage zu Fuß zum See. Nur 5 Minuten ruhige Gegend. Unterkunft im Preis angemessen mit Gemeinschafts Waschraum, die okay waren. Frühstück okay Zimmer okay wer mehr erwartet muss auch mehr bezahlen. Insgesamt gerne wieder.”
