“Me encantó el concepto de hotel-departamento. Fue increíblemente conveniente para poder cocinar en el establecimiento antes o después de un día de esquí largo y pesado. Las vistas a la montaña y parte de las pistas, en días nevados, es increíble. El personal siempre fue amable. Lo único que no me encantó es que puede que al principio las instrucciones para llegar al alojamiento sean un poco confusas, ya que la oficina de check-in está en otra ubicación a menos de 5 minutos de distancia. “Los encargados de la propiedad me cambiaron de apartamento con pocos días de anticipación a mi llegada. Les expliqué la razón por la cual me debía quedar en la locación original pero no les importó, ya que sobrevendieron ese espacio. Me mandaron a un lugar 20 km de distancia de donde iba a realizar mis actividades. Es una completa decepción, espero que a nadie más le hagan lo mismo ya que arruinaron mi estancia en Andorra.
