“Honestly, it was a pleasant experience. I was a bit skeptical being so close to an RV Park and a highway. However, the area is surprisingly quiet for the location. Amenities were nice and as listed. I liked the place and the Property Manager and their representatives were nice and communicated well. Good experience. Would recommend to people.”

“This property was outstanding! The management was so organized and thoughtful. As far as I’m concerned it exceeded my expectations. We had virtually no problems. A few highlights include: everything was labeled. There was a book with clear instructions for everything. There were extras, such as baggies in the drawers, plastic wrap, tinfoil, and many spices to choose from. I also personally loved the little magnified makeup mirror. The loft was spacious and plenty of room to move around……

“We loved our stay at the Laughing Coyote. If you are looking for quiet and solitude, this is the place. The cabin was comfy and had everything we needed. We explored the MANY trails around the area and fell more in love with the western side of the San Juans. Helpful info to know: you are 38 miles (1 hour drive) from Dolores on dirt roads. The roads to/from Rico are not as maintained so the drive is over an hour. The distance didn't bother us, since the views are breathtaking either direction.……
