“Home was just as described! Perfect home right on the river with all the amenities of home! The bed was super comfortable and the kitchen had all the items needed to prepare a meal. Great coffee pot too! If you are looking for an intimate secluded home on the river this is it!! Great communication with the owners too!! ”

“Cozy and quiet”

“Our group was atypical: five guys pushing 80 who have meet annually for decades for some sort of outdoor adventure. Our camping days over, we have recently resorted to Vrbo's. Despite our group being atypical, the home was perfect for our needs: spacious, beautiful, well-appointed with everything a visitor could want, lots of beds and bathrooms, and adorned with the art work of the owners. The kitchen is fabulous. The setting is spectacular, in close proximity to local hiking, Mesa Verde, and……

“need larger tv that can easily be seen. need light over sinks in bathroom. needs clear instructions for heater. needs more comfortable seating. needs back items such as toilet paper and paper towels and least a broom and dust pan. also needs walkover mat just inside front door.”

“Beautiful well kept property. River views, wildlife near the property. Elk, deer, turkey, and geese. We visit this area often and would definitely stay here again. ”

“Perfect for our needs. Home has everything you could need and was well stocked. Quiet location with a little elbow room yet still just a couple of minutes to restaurants in Cortez. House was clean and well organized. Host was easy to communicate with and only a text or phone call away. Would stay here again.”

“A wonderful peaceful place just a bit outside of town. Beautiful night skies in the country. We loved sitting on the patio in the mornings to listen to and identify many many birds! Our host Kelly was extremely helpful with whatever our needs were. She is very kind and thoughtful! When she learned we would be late she offered to go turn on some lights and the cooler so it wouldn’t be so hot. We would certainly stay here again and reccomend it to anyone!”
