“My friend and I stayed here for a week while exploring the area. We loved the atmosphere and unique layout, with the river in the back and the lovely patio area separated from the kitchen by a cool garage door. The hosts provided every kitchen convenience to cook our own meals and even a few extra treats. We would definitely stay again!”

“What a perfect house on their farm! Super clean and we loved the patio overlooking the reservoir. Very peaceful and we loved the fresh eggs & garden. We would book again! ”

“Not a bad little setup at all. Host made sure we knew how to get in. We would stay again but everyone should know there are rv’s and others nearby. Everyone kept their distance and were respectful of each others privacy so all in all a private time still.”

“We wanted to have a great getaway weekend in the mountains where we played and worked growing up. We were able to four wheel and fish in our old stomping grounds. The cabin was wonderful and the onsite manager was more than helpful. We enjoyed good food, good company and fantastic surroundings. The fire pit was especially nice and the grill and kitchen were wonderfully stocked. We couldn't ask for better!”

“Exactly what we were looking for—space AWAY from busy life, while we explored SW Colorado. Incredible views during the day, gorgeous sunrises/sunsets, and really dark night skies for excellent stargazing. As far as “tiny homes” go, this one certainly utilizes space efficiently! Probably the most comfortable mattress I’ve slept on in a short-term rental property! Gina was friendly and responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. Probably worth noting, for any guests not accustomed to……

“View from inside the cabin was amazing. We had a few hiccups, we were unaware there was absolutely no cell service at the cabin so we couldn’t get into the cabin. However the owner has a ring camera and we were able to get right in. So just be more prepared than us and have the check in process screen shot. Once in and on their Wi-Fi you’ll be good to go! They gave great recommendations for things to do and were quick to answer any questions.”

“need larger tv that can easily be seen. need light over sinks in bathroom. needs clear instructions for heater. needs more comfortable seating. needs back items such as toilet paper and paper towels and least a broom and dust pan. also needs walkover mat just inside front door.”

“This is a great get away from the normal stay. The cabin was rustic as mentioned. Like going to your lake side hunting cabin. The owners were great to interact with and knowledgeable about the area . The booking went great and instructions were laid out awesome .this is a great place to beat the crowds of Moad and the busy Parks . Can do all the local parks in a days drive . Arches and Canyon lands north and south. Great stay, good heater to stay warm and good shower . Will return again ”
