“Exactly what we were looking for—space AWAY from busy life, while we explored SW Colorado. Incredible views during the day, gorgeous sunrises/sunsets, and really dark night skies for excellent stargazing. As far as “tiny homes” go, this one certainly utilizes space efficiently! Probably the most comfortable mattress I’ve slept on in a short-term rental property! Gina was friendly and responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. Probably worth noting, for any guests not accustomed to……

A few of the issues: * The oven was broken, and replaced by a very small (dirty) convection unit on the counter. Not acceptable for the food that we always prepare and bring while on vacation. * Several pieces of family room furniture were "weathered" and need to be replaced. * The owners live in an attached structure, so we never felt totally……
