“After a day of biking at Phils World it was was so relaxing to roll into this peaceful apartment. The deck offered relaxation as you sit and overlook the trees and rolling hills. Would highly recommend.”

“My sister and I stayed at the Bird's Nest in late Sept. 2024. It was fabulous. Very quiet and comfortable. We loved the deck for watching the sunrise/sunset with a glass of wine. Very quiet. The kitchen was so well stocked. The location couldn't have been better for visiting Mesa Verde. Jeff and his wife were wonderful hosts - answered questions quickly and were available for restaurant recommendations :)”

“Would highly recommend this for a young couple, since it has some steep stairs. The space was clean and beautiful. It has everything you need and the hot tub was amazing. While the owners live on the property, we never felt bothered by them. The sheep are very cute!!! Overall, a great experience. ”
