“My sister and I stayed at the Bird's Nest in late Sept. 2024. It was fabulous. Very quiet and comfortable. We loved the deck for watching the sunrise/sunset with a glass of wine. Very quiet. The kitchen was so well stocked. The location couldn't have been better for visiting Mesa Verde. Jeff and his wife were wonderful hosts - answered questions quickly and were available for restaurant recommendations :)”

“The house was great. Plenty of places to sleep, bathrooms were clean and nicely stocked. The kitchen was great, well stocked. It was too bad the weather was cold (yay, snow in April!) because we would have loved to use the indoor/outdoor area and the volleyball court. 15 minutes drive into Cortez, great location. We'll stay again if in the area.”

And the furniture was not only beautiful but also very comfortable. Many different sitting areas outside and gorgeous antique touches mixed with contemporary furniture as well.I would absolutely recommend this place and would also love to visit again.
