“Picked this rental for a large group and the whole group had to help clean the complete outside of the property in order to have a small wedding ceremony. Everything outside on the covered porches were covered in dirt,cobwebs and dust and bird crap. .Some windows were inoperable unles you held the mechanism in place to crank the window.The fact that the owners dont make sure the property is freshly cleaned and the grass mowed sent red flags instantly. This rental is well furnished - kitchen has anything you might need, bathroom has toiletries (including toothbrush I forgot;), and the king bed was comfortable.
