“Home was just as described! Perfect home right on the river with all the amenities of home! The bed was super comfortable and the kitchen had all the items needed to prepare a meal. Great coffee pot too! If you are looking for an intimate secluded home on the river this is it!! Great communication with the owners too!! ”

“There were 5 hummingbirds that flew in 3 times a day. We had several visits by the mule deer and lizards. We heard lots of other animals. The scenery and surroundings mountains were spectacular. It was close to many interesting parks and towns to visit. The house especially the back porch was great. It was very well stocked. The driveway in wasn’t as rough as some described. Kimberly was quick to respond to questions. We would be very happy to stay there again. We would bring more mosquito……

“This tiny house was situated on a cattle ranch. In the evenings we would hang out with the cows and enjoy the view of the nearby mountains. It was incredibly peaceful! Our dog loved the stay as well. The house had everything we needed. We used the grill one night which was a great option and we were close to Mesa Verde National Park.”

“We stayed with the intention of getting to Mesa Verde Nat’l Park. It was very close to the park. Cute interior with everything we needed for an overnight. My boys had played in a football game in Alamosa so, the hot tub was great. We even liked the sweet neighbor dog that came to welcome & see us off in the morning.”
