“We had a wonderful time at Casa Luna House. The property is beautiful and well maintained. We loved the outdoor spaces and it worked out well for us to have the separate rooms downstairs, it gave my daughter and her partner privacy while I was upstairs with her teenagers. The only issue I had was that the coffee pot was unusable. The wet coffee grounds hadn't been removed from the previous guest and it was covered in mold. A through cleaning was needed. The first thing you see coming in the gate is the lush & gorgeous tropical landscape - all the greens with pops of color from the flowers - even cacao pods! “The place is gorgeous and the owner and his in house staff were very very on point. They was one major factor that needs to be addressed. There is 67 stairs from the ground to the top floor where the top bedroom is. We had our mother who’s in her 80s. I’m in pretty good shape, but it was difficult. There’s two people that didn’t come. Starting with the check in process- so smooth and the hosts were extremely accommodating letting us leave our luggage in the main office before check in so we could go explore.
