“Reception was not serving guests with smiles and kindness, she was just doing her job. The room I got was large, and can see the pool from my room. However, there is a restaurant right across my room and it was the New Year's Eve. Loud music played until very very late, and I needed to catch my journey next morning. When I first opened my door, two maids were resting and lying on the bed they made. This is not professional. Nothing really impressed me of this hotel. But the price was fine.”

I am so glad that the staff was able to distinguish my nationality as Taiwan (Formosa) instead of another option. Thumbs up for the good job! However, the check-out process was a bit inefficient, which I do hope the hotel can improve. The breakfast is in buffet form, but not exactly impressive.”
