“The room didn’t look like the photos. The upgraded room did. The sheets had stains on them and the rooms were not as clean as they should be. Had to request new sheets twice. In the upgraded room the shower head holder was broken and hanging, and there was whole in the tile. The front desk staff was amazing though! They are the only reason I’m not giving lower reviews. They all helped me as best they could. ”

“The hotel is near the center of Santa Eulalia and you can find nice rooms and a good breakfast.”
