“From the moment we checked in, everything was perfectly arranged for us. The receptionist was extremely helpful. There's so much to do on-site that there's hardly any need to leave. Access to the beach was just a short walk through the pool area. Our kids, ranging in age from 1 to 17, all loved the pool areas and, of course, Starbucks.”

“We got a completely different room than what I booked and never got to speak with the host even tho I called and emailed! The room we had was very nice but not direct oceanfront! We had a pool /ocean view. Was there when Debbie the hurricane was but was disappointed that the indoor pool and activities were shut down , I understand being prepared so when having to walk the three flights of stairs to access the beach I kept saying it’s worth it I guess but thankfully no flooding occurred , our……
