“Me and my girlfriends, more specifically me, need a really cute place for me to take birthday pictures. So as i was browsing through different places i was mainly looking for something unique, or atleast picture worthy. I instantly fell inlove with this house!!!, and please believe me when i say the pictures don’t do it any justice. It truly is soo pretty inside. Aside from the appearance of everything, the communication with the host was just as good. They responded fast and very welcoming.……

“The Nelson Lofts did not disappoint! The location was perfect for walking around and exploring downtown Davenport. The loft was very clean. Nice set up for a group trip with plenty of beds a seating. Communication was great and parking was easy. Special shout out for the showers- everyone commented how great they were! The sound does travel from the downstairs bars and neighboring lofts but they provide sound machines and ear plugs if needed. Would stay here again! ”

“We had a great time and stayed in this home for our group of 6 with one couple. There were great sleeping arrangements and was the perfect location to our tournament destination in Davenport :) The owners responded to any and all inquiries quickly and appropriately:) ”

“With 5 bedrooms (more if you count use of sun porch areas in warmer weather) and 3.5 baths this property is great for family gatherings! There are plenty of seating areas for people to gather or disperse. There is a large dining room that accommodated 8 of us for one meal. The kitchen is large enough for many to pitch in and has all the necessities for cooking and entertaining a crowd. We made all of our meals there! We arrived to find the lights on throughout and music playing—a very warm……

“Clean, neat, welcoming. Perfect for our stay in Davenport. Easy to find and close to all the places we visited. It was quite cold outside, but comfortable inside. Quiet neighborhood.”

“This is a duplex. Owner lives upstairs & is very attentive and available via text/phone. The place is old - as are all of the houses in the Bridge District - but nice enough. There were essentials missing in my opinion: toilet paper, toaster or toaster oven. Otherwise we were comfortable & it was nice to be on the ground floor with a yard.”

“I travel to the Quad cities quite often for work and this is by far my favorite place to stay. The hosts are spectacular, and the neighborhood is very friendly and welcoming. Its become my home away from home.”

“I was a little concerned when I first got there and saw the train tracks so close and you do hear them during the day but they don't go by at night so weren't an issue. Definitely a fun place to stay with a lot of things to do in the neighborhood. I'll definitely stay there next time I'm in town.”
