“The staff were friendly and always helpful although they should hire more staff. Staff should be checking rooms every other day for amenities. Breakfast was good though they should change the menu often. I don't like the flip-flops being retained. “my room was called junior executive and yet there is no small fridge and kettle. You have to call reception for a floor mat. The drainage was terribly bad, the bathroom was flooded when having a shower. The chair needs upgrading though, i can see the foam already. For its price, there are better rooms than this.
