“It was really nice and comfortable. Took sea view room and view was nice and beach was stone's throw away. Staff and manager were helpful and courteous. Room & bathroom was clean and perfect along with balcony. Couple of feedbacks- breakfast can have some continental options instead of all heavy indian foods. And it'll be great if we can pay all bill at checkout instead of food bill every day. But will still give 5 stars as this was just a minor inconvenience. ”

“A great hotel to stay. Has eco-friendly practices. Looks beautiful and is comfortable as well. There's a nice pool, room service, a dine-in restaurant. The staff are nice and friendly.”

“Ratings shown on Expedia 9/10 are absolutely misleading. The rates are comparable to 5 star hotels with services of 2 star hotels. Linen, towels worn out, stained, breakfast very ordinary, allocated room was stuffy and small, they did upgrade to a bigger room. ”

“Although the property serves the purpose of a place to stay, and the location is good, walking distance to the main road and 15mins walk to the beach front. But the facility is dated, not well maintained and house keeping don't really clean to a decent level. Lipstick marks on cups and dead moth in the room for 4 days! Also the pool is not heated, so far too cold to swim in. Breakfast is edible but not great, and mainly only Indian options. From a price point, the hotel does OK, but wouldn't……

“The staff was very attentive to client needs. We ended up getting a room upgrade because a problem with our original room. The breakfast buffet was excellent and the restaurant offered good room service and dine in selections.”

“Great location plenty of eating places around this is our second time there so must be good. Security man on gate is great gets pool towels and cleans sunbeds for you. He also cleans pool for you. Staff are really good.”

“A real hidden gem in Goa, three location is perfect, only 5 minutes walk from the beach where there are plenty of chilled beach shacks serving reasonably priced good and drinks, but the hotel is far enough away that it's totally peaceful at night and is very secure with a guard on duty 24/7.
