“I had an amazing stay at this VRBO, and the host Avani spared no detail in ensuring everything was right, even providing water bottles and snacks at check in. “The manager of the property was very responsive if i had questions. The property could have been cleaned a little better, especially the gaming area. But overall it wasnt too bad. The heat was the biggest issue. The temp got down to 38F and it was rayher cold. There is not a central heat system. You have to use space heaters. Its a large space so it was difficult to regulate. Thebpool was still closed and the back yard looked a little neglected. No sitting area, just some dirty outdoor chairs.……

“I appreciated this property for its proximity to Toronto. It was clean and as advertised.There were issues with check-in and the fire alarm going off in the middle of the night. Also, this is a basement room, with two other rooms being rented in the same single-family home. Thankfully, communications with the owner were swift, and they were quite courteous. All in all, I would recommend this as a cheaper solution to a hotel; next time, however, I think I will pay for the hotel room for its……
