“There is one lady who works there-short bobbed haircut-she is THE NICEST person ever. We worked an event in the area and stayed at the hostel, and each night we returned from work she greeted us with smiles, asking us how the event was-felt like coming home and having your mom check in on you ;) Made the stay that much better.
