“Everything was in a walkable distance, staff were polite and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. House keeping was perfect.enjoyed my stay at the hotel. It ticked all the boxes.”

“We stayed at Serenity for a month from November to December. We don't normally go this early but found out our visa still had 6 weeks left so grabbed a last minute deal. The hotel is situated behind Horizon bar and grills. The food there was excellent with great staff. Our room had a fridge, kettle safe Tv and brilliant A/C unit although it was a bit loud. The room and bedding could be cleaned daily but we had it done every two days just to refresh everything. We always got good quality towels……

“I personally did not have a pleasant stay at this hotel. the room was not great as the ceiling fan was almost falling off the ceiling. it's definitely not what you see on the website. I decided to move hotels after the 2nd night and the hotel would not refund the rest of my money. I reached out to hotels.com and they were not able to assist. “Overall a decent property, but the actual property is bit different than its shown in the images, It seems very old and the price of the property is bit higher than it should be. You can get better options in the same price. ”

“Quite simply the best value hotel I have ever experienced in Asia. Wonderful team, super room. Location, set back from the main road suited me, yet only a 20 minute walk to the best area on the beach. ”

“This Hotel was just amazing. I loved everything about it from the entrance with the vintage bike and GetLostInGoa sign to the rooms. The mesmerizing part was the outdoor breakfast place was like a dream with umbrellas hanging and the water falling and the ambiguity at its excellence. The rooms were big enough for two and the bathrooms were spacious which I love. So many cabinets and the perfectly tucked tea/coffee area was brilliant. Definitely a great place to stay. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“This hotel is classed as 3 star, but definitely needs to be a 4 star. Room was spacious and clean, with a very comfortable big bed. Room was cleaned daily and staff were really polite. The breakfast was Amazing with so much choice and very tasty foods. The hotel is located centrally so you’re in a quiet area but not too far from shops, bars and restaurants, plus the nearest beach was a few minutes walk and not over crowded. A really great place to stay. ”

“It was a nice experience overall living in Taj for two days. One of the best things is the staff was very helpful in arranging tours and booking taxis. But one point Taj might improve is, though we have paid online for such a room for three people, we were told still that we have to be charged for an extra bed, which is not expected when we placed the order. ”

“Booked 7 nights at the resort. Left after 6 The first 5 were pleasant. Other than breakfast there were no other options available. One had to walk a few minutes to the main street to local restaurants. We were told it was the off season so everything was shut. The 5th evening though was when disaster hit. A group of 12 noisy individuals occupied rooms around us. There was much yelling and screaming on all sides. There seemed to be no staff to try and curtail the noise. I finally ventured out……

“The hotel staff is quite nice and welcoming. I recommend this hotel if you want to be in the center of Goa. It is very close to the beach. The breakfast buffet offers a lot of choices and the food is very tasty. ”

“Excellent. Good breakfast. Helpful and friendly staff. Quiet location near to beach. Plenty of restaurants/bars nearby. Kitchen staff will prepare evening meals if a notice is given. I will definitely use this hotel next time I’m in Goa and would recommend this hotel to all.”
