“My wife and I stayed at the cozy farm guest house 1&2 for two nights. The home is located in a private and quiet neighborhood. The property was clean and had everything needed for a very comfortable stay. Communication with the host was extremely easy. They responded quickly to my messages. There is a bedroom and full bath upstairs and on the ground floor, which made it easy when getting ready in the morning. The living room and kitchen area was very comfortable. “The property appears as listed. Great cabin in proximity to the Woodstock Museum and campus in Bethel Woods NY. There was a lot of rain during the stay that seemed to drive some large black ants inside. Apparently this is normal for this area. The ants were slightly annoying but acceptable given that we were in a rural area enjoying a rustic cabin on a wooded area. Absolutely loved the stay there.
