“The place is a really good property it was nice and clean but unfortunately I have allergies and the cleaner they use left a smell that gave me a slight headache and I was congested and my two partners said they were kind of congested too and they're not major allergy suffers like me so the cleaner maybe a little strong I don't know if that's what it was or not that's just my experience but other than that everything was great clean well maintained good location”

“This is a great option instead of a motel for your stay in the area. Very quiet clean and beautiful location are good reasons to stay here. Be advised though, there are no staff available at the facility and no one answered or returned my phone call. If you have issues like I did with the building entry code, you’re on your own.”

“We spent a few days thru a blizzard at Bailey’s Places. It’s cozy and comfy and well appointed. Definitely feels more like a family house than generic vacation rental. The kingvale community is calm and quiet, easy transportation-wise.”
