“The location can't be beat! Steps from the water with unobstructed beach front views of the lake, and close proximity to all Truckee has to offer. The condo was comfortable and cozy, and Tor's prompt and easy communication made for a very enjoyable trip. Bring your boat, paddleboards, kayaks, and a good book- this is the perfect spot for kicking back and relaxing!”

“We stayed at this property for 4 nights and we unfortunately had some bad experiences, most of which were avoidable by the property managers - we had to deal with mice running around in the house, not cool, not hygienic and freaked everyone out- house was in beaten up shape with need for lots of updates - beds were saggy, couches were old, dinning table seats had no cushions and hurt our butts, drains were clogged- TVs are old and running on not so reliable platforms- Basketball hoops was broken……

“Perfect trip! Location was excellent with lake just across the roadway from the house. Perfect views. House is very comfortable and clean. Well stocked in the kitchen with dishes, pots and pans, etc. We did a lot of cooking using kitchen and bbq provided on the deck. Fresh linens, towels, and toiletries all provided by the host. Highly recommend this place. Host, Max, stayed in touch with us before and after stay to be sure our needs were met. He was a joy to work with. Excellent……

“Overall, this property was everything that we could've asked for and more. Things we liked: Amazing views off of 3 separate decks. Great kitchen that was fully stocked - bring food and you should have all the tools to make it. Movie Theater seating and ease of using said movie theater (we just brought a laptop). Responsiveness of the property manager - she responded within 2 hours when I texted her on a Sunday night. Sauna, steam room, and hot tub all were awesome, only issue was space because……
