They didn't respond to messages on the app or calling their personal number directly, didn’t respond to Vrbo employees either when they tried to contact the owner. Had to get a hotel last-minute after giving them three hours past the scheduled check-in time to respond. “The house was very clean and located in a pretty amazing area, with easy access in and out. All of the standard amenities were available in the house, as well as extras like board games, good coffee (k cups grounds!) and a small stool in the bathroom for the kids. “Soul oasis is amazing! My kids (7 and twins 5) went crazy with excitement when they walked in the first time. It was so welcoming and relaxing for me. It is a unique place and I couldn't possibly list everything we enjoyed, but here's the highlights:- Inside is gorgeous and well maintained.
