“The inside of the hotel was pristine, and everyone was wonderful. It was the outside that I had an issue with. When we pulled up the hotel, actually looked abandoned. The grassy areas were overgrown. There were weeds growing up through the parking lot and the exterior garbage cans were overflowing.”

“4/5 Stars I had a wonderful stay at this resort—the property is beautiful, the staff were friendly, and the amenities truly made the experience feel like a relaxing getaway. The pool area and dining options were especially enjoyable, and everything was clean and well maintained. “I was going through a very difficult time. The staff at the front desk were absolutely AMAZING! They were all super friendly, nice, very professional. I can not thank them enough for their kindness. I HIGHLY recommend the Extended Stay America! The hotel itself was clean, they have kitchenettes that were greatly appreciated. All around, an awesome experience and great hotel!”
