“We had a memorable stay at The Arena Cam Ranh. Everything was good. The rooms were clean, the staff were friendly and lovely. In particular, the location was very convenient for traveling to tourist destinations, super close to the airport.”

“There was damage to the space due to the weather but we were not notified until we arrived. We did not have enough beds for everyone in the party and had to sleep on a rollaway bed with no sheets. Contacted the property manager and they only told us to be sympathetic to their situation and then stopped responding overall. I asked for a partial reimbursement since we didn’t get to use the full booking. There was no communication on how to check in and we were rerouted multiple times which is……

“Villa環境一流，裝修都好新，屋整體都乾淨，不過響樓上廁所發現有2隻曱甴。屋入面其中一個風筒有問題，一開就有火花，同職員講但冇理會。住係冇問題，我住左兩日，經常都會有人隨時入屋，明明冇約時間食早餐，9點有個男人開門入黎話接你，轉頭又有人開門補水，又話補廁紙，總之成日都有人自出自入，好冇私隱。”
