“The resort is good, the staff is friendly and helpful! However, they need to take care of the beach and outside/border! I witnessed the trash on the shore, the sand, and around the resort! It seemed like they only take care of the inside, but outside the resort needs to be taken care of too considering the ocean concerns!”

“공항에서 가까워서 좋지만 샤워실에서 배수가 잘 되지않았습니다 확인해보니 머리카락이나 이물질 같은게 없는걸로 보아, 청소를 제대로 안해서 그런건 아닌거같아요. 이것만 해결되면 좋을 것 같습니다.”

“It was the worst place. The only hotel I went to that demanded that we pay a large cash deposit rather than take a credit card imprint on arrival (we had already fully paid for the accommodation when we booked the room months earlier).The concierge lied to us about opening hours and available staffing (we had to check out early to catch a flight, they said they were open, there was no one at the desk, we had to wait 20mins before they checked us out), they booked us a "taxi" where the taxi……
