“nice hotel, friendly staff in a really good location for the price. showers could do with a good clean/refurb - black mold on the shower heads is straight up unhealthy/gross and is very easy to see. apart from that it was a great stay”

“총 5박 숙박하는 동안 딱히 불편함은 없었어요. 단지 객실 청소를 대충 하는 것 같았습니다. 매일 청소해주셨는데 이틀동안 샤워실 머리카락은 그대로였고(물론 다음날 얘기하고 나서는 잘 청소되어 있었음) 어마어마하게 프렌들리 하진 않았지만 기분상할 수준은 아니었습니다. 관리만 잘 된다면 더 만족스러운 숙소가 될 수 있을 것 같아요.”

“我住在18樓但係夜間酒吧聲都 傳到上嚟， 大約一點先至冇。 我住ocean view 房間，但係海景少量。 我看見有入住房間有 果盤， 但係我們沒有。 冷氣瞓到半夜就自動熄， 被熱醒。 早餐選擇少， 我到芽莊住了七天酒店， 整體這一間比較差。”

“We come here every time we stay in Nha Trang. It’s a short walk to the beach/mall nearby and a few good spots to eat around. And we Grab a short distance to anywhere else we want to eat or shop. The people there are very nice and helpful.”

“小朋友在kidsdom 嘅體驗好滿意，也有很多給小朋友的活動👍 員工親切有禮。 別墅內的地方很大，乾淨整潔，設備也充足。 有機場接送巴，也有免費車到市區和碼頭，非常好。 唯一缺點就是太少大人方面的體驗活動。 商店也只有一小間。 希望可以增加水上活動，例如香蕉船呀，小朋友的游泳設施等。 整體體驗好滿意！ 下次有機會亦會再次入住，也會推介給朋友👍👍”

“bad experience from check in to check out”

“1）此酒店有一天我下午掛牌清潔，晚上回來沒清潔。 2）有一超高斜梯級拉行李上落平地，一定要改善，有輪椅客一定上唔到房間。有老人即唔會用此酒店。”

“신축호텔이라 시설 깨끗하고 위치가 너무 좋아요. 해변 바로 앞은 아니지만 걸어서 5분 정도면 갈 수 있고 한블럭 안이라 오히려 조용해서 좋더라고요. 루프탑수영장에서 보는 시티뷰나 일몰도 예뻐요.”

“The facilities are well maintained. There are various activities for young children to play. We like the archery and water park. I am surprised that toys are provided at the beach. However, there are few things we would like to suggest for improvement: 1. Too few washrooms nearby the restaurants. Only 2 female and 1 male toilets for a restaurant serving over hundreds of guests. 2. Buggy are not frequent 3. No towel to borrow in water park 4. Separate Check-in and check-out queue to shorten the……

“Money for value”

“I put on the 'do not disturb' light but the servicer has came inside and cleaned the room without my permission. I feel disappointed for this behavior. Event hough, there is no persoanl belongings lost or not. It's not good feeling in ther services.”
