“We were looking forward to staying here, but the overall stay was disappointing and frustrating. Although the facilities and location are nice, the stay was not good value for money - the room was dirty on arrival, the water was cold, the hairdryer broken, and the luggage nearly an hour late - this all made arrival surprisingly bad. There were no amenities or welcome items to the room. I shared this with management and responses to sort this out were late and could have been dealt with……

“酒店在珍珠岛上有优先权，进出游乐园的短驳车优先来接，这对于带孩子来说的家庭是个利好。房间整体不算新，但是服务真的很舒服，特别感谢会说中文的TIEN，任何时候任何事请都能及时协助帮忙，最后退房还为我们争取到下午两点，让两个孩子在房里舒舒服服的睡了个午觉。酒店免费提供从前一家酒店退房衔接到入住，以及退房后送机的服务，是专人专车，这点也特别贴心。总体入住体验很好，从餐厅到前台以及接送小哥，都很亲善，对孩子们很友好，特别感谢。”

“The facilities are well maintained. There are various activities for young children to play. We like the archery and water park. I am surprised that toys are provided at the beach. However, there are few things we would like to suggest for improvement: 1. Too few washrooms nearby the restaurants. “小朋友在kidsdom 嘅體驗好滿意，也有很多給小朋友的活動👍 員工親切有禮。別墅內的地方很大，乾淨整潔，設備也充足。有機場接送巴，也有免費車到市區和碼頭，非常好。唯一缺點就是太少大人方面的體驗活動。商店也只有一小間。希望可以增加水上活動，例如香蕉船呀，小朋友的游泳設施等。整體體驗好滿意！下次有機會亦會再次入住，也會推介給朋友👍👍”

“We stayed here for a week and it was great place to relax. The executive lounge was a welcomed place to go after a day by the pool, but it would have been nicer to have more food options available and for longer periods of time considering the price. Part of the executive lounge perks was a turndown service which did not happen. We also booked an airport pickup which was forgotten about which was a bit disappointing. These were just minor details which could have been opportunities for the hotel……
