“1. 一如洲際應有的水準, 服務人員熱誠, 房間舒適 2. 早餐豐盛, 值得加購 3. 走下樓就是芽莊最熱鬧的海邊沙灘, 步行5分鐘內有按摩店, 星巴克, 德州炸機, KFC, 海底撈, Pizza 4 pcs 4. 游泳池/健身房/兒童遊戲室都整理得很乾淨 5. 小小抱怨的是桑拿房竟然不能使用置物櫃!! (有置物櫃的設置,但全部都上鎖, 問了服務人員說不能使用, 男女生都是同樣的狀況)”

“I put on the 'do not disturb' light but the servicer has came inside and cleaned the room without my permission. I feel disappointed for this behavior. Event hough, there is no persoanl belongings lost or not. It's not good feeling in ther services.”

Clean and very long beach in front of the hotel. 5. Our room faces to the east, can see sunrise from the balcony. 6. “It’s actually a mixed feeling, the hotel facilities are nice, both the swimming pool and room are clean and comfortable, but unfortunately this hotel is PACKED with mainland China tourist groups, no kidding that the hotel is basically occupied by RUDE Chinese tourists who has no manner and common sense, they yell loudly at 4am in the hotel hallway , sit down on my table without asking one word during breakfast hour, shouting to each other like it’s their backyard, I feel sorry for the staffs cos……

“酒店地理位置極佳，是芽莊的市中心。酒店旁邊便有一個大型的購物商場，內有不同類型的餐廳，還有超級市場，10分方便。酒店對面是泳灘，有各式各樣的水上活動。我租住的房型是望海的一室尊貴客房，房間10分大，而且望到的景色10分漂亮。”

“私にとっては理想的なホテルでした。全ての面で利用条件が整っていました。清潔感、ベット、朝食(日本人の味覚感で味は問題ないと思います)、プール(景観の眺めは最高です)、ロッッテマート等、空港からのシャトルバスの終点で下車、ホテルが見えます。お勧めのホテルです。次回も利用したいと思います。”

“酒店整體是很好的，房間整潔，員工服務很好，早餐也不錯，位置鄰近沙灘和食店，符合價錢定位。唯一要改善的是房間熱水不足問題，希望可以改善一下。”

“まだ新しいホテルの様で、バルコニー付きの広い部屋でバスタブも大きくとても綺麗でした。朝食は可もなく不可もなくな感じです。ビーチまでは歩いて2,3分です。お値段以上です。”
