“We were looking forward to staying here, but the overall stay was disappointing and frustrating. Although the facilities and location are nice, the stay was not good value for money - the room was dirty on arrival, the water was cold, the hairdryer broken, and the luggage nearly an hour late - this all made arrival surprisingly bad. There were no amenities or welcome items to the room. I shared this with management and responses to sort this out were late and could have been dealt with……

“酒店在珍珠岛上有优先权，进出游乐园的短驳车优先来接，这对于带孩子来说的家庭是个利好。房间整体不算新，但是服务真的很舒服，特别感谢会说中文的TIEN，任何时候任何事请都能及时协助帮忙，最后退房还为我们争取到下午两点，让两个孩子在房里舒舒服服的睡了个午觉。酒店免费提供从前一家酒店退房衔接到入住，以及退房后送机的服务，是专人专车，这点也特别贴心。总体入住体验很好，从餐厅到前台以及接送小哥，都很亲善，对孩子们很友好，特别感谢。”

“The facilities are well maintained. There are various activities for young children to play. We like the archery and water park. I am surprised that toys are provided at the beach. However, there are few things we would like to suggest for improvement: 1. Too few washrooms nearby the restaurants. Only 2 female and 1 male toilets for a restaurant serving over hundreds of guests. 2. Buggy are not frequent 3. No towel to borrow in water park 4. “小朋友在kidsdom 嘅體驗好滿意，也有很多給小朋友的活動👍 員工親切有禮。別墅內的地方很大，乾淨整潔，設備也充足。有機場接送巴，也有免費車到市區和碼頭，非常好。唯一缺點就是太少大人方面的體驗活動。商店也只有一小間。希望可以增加水上活動，例如香蕉船呀，小朋友的游泳設施等。整體體驗好滿意！下次有機會亦會再次入住，也會推介給朋友👍👍”

“I put on the 'do not disturb' light but the servicer has came inside and cleaned the room without my permission. I feel disappointed for this behavior. Event hough, there is no persoanl belongings lost or not. It's not good feeling in ther services.”

“It’s actually a mixed feeling, the hotel facilities are nice, both the swimming pool and room are clean and comfortable, but unfortunately this hotel is PACKED with mainland China tourist groups, no kidding that the hotel is basically occupied by RUDE Chinese tourists who has no manner and common sense, they yell loudly at 4am in the hotel hallway , sit down on my table without asking one word during breakfast hour, shouting to each other like it’s their backyard, I feel sorry for the staffs cos……

"For this hotel you have to choose the executive building (new building) instead of the deluxe, which is very small and old. I had to just pay and upgraded my family to a one bedroom suite at the new wing, not going to stay in a 80’s looking congested room. As with everything else, service and VN standard and access into the island is very well arranged. The stars are for the deluxe room (old wing); the one bedroom grand suite which we paid for later on was perfect "
