"The hotel was good but I found it annoying that they insist on you using their app to book activities and order food but they do not have WiFi around the property. Only in the main lobby. So unless you bought a Vietnam sim or have your own WiFi you cannot use the app. I suggest they improve WiFi around property if they insist on customers using the app. Additionally we booked a room that slept 4 and had a bed and sofa bed in the photos. When we got there they said yes it has that but if we want the sofa bed opened and with bedding we need to pay 750,000 dong per night. I found this ridiculous as we picked the room because it had the bed and sofa bed and now they were trying to force us to pay for what we had already paid for. Their initial solution was to suggest we just upgrade to a villa for an additional cost. In the end after much negotiation they agreed to open the pull out sofa. I’m not sure how many others have been pressured to pay to open this sofa when they booked the room already because the photo showed it. I think it’s false advertising and really made me feel like they were scamming us. Food prices too high for what it is too."

"Villa環境一流，裝修都好新，屋整體都乾淨，不過響樓上廁所發現有2隻曱甴。屋入面其中一個風筒有問題，一開就有火花，同職員講但冇理會。住係冇問題，我住左兩日，經常都會有人隨時入屋，明明冇約時間食早餐，9點有個男人開門入黎話接你，轉頭又有人開門補水，又話補廁紙，總之成日都有人自出自入，好冇私隱。"
