“小朋友在kidsdom 嘅體驗好滿意，也有很多給小朋友的活動👍 員工親切有禮。別墅內的地方很大，乾淨整潔，設備也充足。有機場接送巴，也有免費車到市區和碼頭，非常好。唯一缺點就是太少大人方面的體驗活動。商店也只有一小間。希望可以增加水上活動，例如香蕉船呀，小朋友的游泳設施等。整體體驗好滿意！下次有機會亦會再次入住，也會推介給朋友👍👍”

“We were looking forward to staying here, but the overall stay was disappointing and frustrating. Although the facilities and location are nice, the stay was not good value for money - the room was dirty on arrival, the water was cold, the hairdryer broken, and the luggage nearly an hour late - this all made arrival surprisingly bad. There were no amenities or welcome items to the room. I shared this with management and responses to sort this out were late and could have been dealt with……

“The facilities are well maintained. There are various activities for young children to play. We like the archery and water park. I am surprised that toys are provided at the beach. However, there are few things we would like to suggest for improvement: 1. Too few washrooms nearby the restaurants. “2ベットルームヴィラに5泊しました。毎朝前庭の手入れをされていて気持ち良かった。ヴィラからビーチ、プールまでの動線も完璧。”

“I put on the 'do not disturb' light but the servicer has came inside and cleaned the room without my permission. I feel disappointed for this behavior. Event hough, there is no persoanl belongings lost or not. It's not good feeling in ther services.”

"For this hotel you have to choose the executive building (new building) instead of the deluxe, which is very small and old. I had to just pay and upgraded my family to a one bedroom suite at the new wing, not going to stay in a 80’s looking congested room. As with everything else, service and VN standard and access into the island is very well arranged. The stars are for the deluxe room (old wing); the one bedroom grand suite which we paid for later on was perfect "
