“直至今天到達的時候,我們下車不知道原來就是那間酒店,因為跟原來訂的名稱並不一樣,現已改名，經過一番求證才知道，check in Reception那位女員工態度並不友善,上到房間,整間房間十分陰暗,就算全間房間燈光已全開都十分暗沉,感覺極之為差。”

“0.5박 숙소로 묵었는데 공항 픽업 서비스도 있고, 체크아웃때 비 쏟아지는데 여직원분이 임산부인 제 아내의 캐리어를 끌고 비맞으며 큰길까지 배웅나와 택시에 짐실어주시고 너무 감동했습니다. (진짜 그냥 서비스를 해주는 느낌이 아니고 임산부는 힘쓰지 말라며 가을 배웅해주는 느낌이었음)”

“從酒店往機場車程一小時,酒店清潔度高,床舖舒適,可惜無熱水及水力非常弱!朋友住8樓洗澡中途無水!員工友善但不太懂英語,自助早餐可接,步行往芽莊大教堂約5分鐘,食市約2分鐘,Nah Trang Centre 約20分鐘.乘的士往占婆塔或龍山寺很近,除了水糟糕外其他是可以的.”

“staffs are nice but the room is a bit narrow, hard to open luggages. The bedsheets are a bit dirty but staffs are willing to help when you call. English is not too fluent but still comminicatable.”

“Bad smells, stinky water. I’m very uncomfortable when I was stay. The stinky water you need to open for a while then will be clean. And the smell you can’t do anything It’s cheap ofc But With same budget You can find another better one”
