“Die Hotelmanagerin Kim war wirklich bemüht uns einen super schönen Aufenthalt zu gewähren. Sie hat uns jeden Wunsch von den Lippen abgelesen. Die Zimmer sind sauber und Ordentlich, wir hatten Klimaanlage, Kühlschrank und auch Hygieneartikel auf dem Zimmer und durften eher einchecken. Ein Aufenthalt von bis zu 4 Tagen ist perfekt, um die Gegend zu erkunden. Das Hotel liegt unweit von einem einsamen wunderschönen Strand entfernt, den wir ganz für uns allein hatten. Der Strand ist mehrere Kilometer……

“There was damage to the space due to the weather but we were not notified until we arrived. We did not have enough beds for everyone in the party and had to sleep on a rollaway bed with no sheets. Contacted the property manager and they only told us to be sympathetic to their situation and then stopped responding overall. I asked for a partial reimbursement since we didn’t get to use the full booking. There was no communication on how to check in and we were rerouted multiple times which is……
