“The facilities are well maintained. There are various activities for young children to play. We like the archery and water park. I am surprised that toys are provided at the beach. However, there are few things we would like to suggest for improvement: 1. Too few washrooms nearby the restaurants. “The resort is good, the staff is friendly and helpful! However, they need to take care of the beach and outside/border! I witnessed the trash on the shore, the sand, and around the resort! It seemed like they only take care of the inside, but outside the resort needs to be taken care of too considering the ocean concerns!”

“The hotel was good but I found it annoying that they insist on you using their app to book activities and order food but they do not have WiFi around the property. Only in the main lobby. So unless you bought a Vietnam sim or have your own WiFi you cannot use the app. I suggest they improve WiFi around property if they insist on customers using the app. Additionally we booked a room that slept 4 and had a bed and sofa bed in the photos. “We stayed here for a week and it was great place to relax. The executive lounge was a welcomed place to go after a day by the pool, but it would have been nicer to have more food options available and for longer periods of time considering the price. Part of the executive lounge perks was a turndown service which did not happen. We also booked an airport pickup which was forgotten about which was a bit disappointing. These were just minor details which could have been opportunities for the hotel……

“The communication with this host is not good. It made check in a little frustrating. However, the villa is very nice and new. My only complaint is there is a washer but no dryer. To make it worse, there no designation to air dry our clothes either. We had to gather all the hangers in all the closets and dry them randomly around and outside of the villa. The worst thing about this villa is the super low water pressure. It made showering unpleasant. We only stayed one night so this didn’t seem……
