“Hatte das EZ gebucht, Zimmer um 1200 noch nicht fertig, ok, nicht schlimm. Bei Übernahme überhaupt nicht sauber, Toilettenpapier vom Vorgänger noch im Eimer, WC nicht sauber, Wasserlachen ums WC, Ablage neben Bett klebrig, einziger Stuhl verstaubt. Nach Reklamation und nochmaliger Putzerei die Wassergläser dann auch nicht sauber. Das Zimmer ist eigentlich recht hübsch, aber es gibt keine Haken, auch nicht für die Handtücher, man kann rein gar nichts aufhängen, für den Preis ein No Go! Zu Beginn……

“We really loved this charming resort with the cute bungalows. The resort was super privat and silent. They had all nessecary equipment incl. a/c and ventilation, a fridge and a modern bathroom. The location was great and really close to Angkor Wat. ”

“The hostel location is great, really close to everything. Nice place with a small swimming pool and common area. The staff super friendly. I joined to a sunset tour in tuktuk, it was way better than a big tour I had somewhere else. I totally recommend this place. Only thing is that they turn off the AC from 10am to 6pm Wich didn't bother me since I was outside, and didn't feel that hot in December.”

“I stayed both private room and dormitory. The private room was clean(even under the bed), ok for overnight stay. However, I never recommend the dormitory room. There were no window(or perhaps not opened), 5bunk beds mixed with men&women. The room smelled really bad since many people are in one small room(wet laundry hanging, the room itself smells like mold etc). I would pay more money to avoid staying the dorm.”

“It wasn't a hotel room, it was an apartment converted to a into something resembling a hotel room. I had to lock two doors when I went out and cary three old keys . There were no hot water. Amenities were lacking, there was no where to hang the towel, no hangers for the clothes. It was reasonably clean though there water on the floor. I was too tired too argue so I went to sleep and left urly the next morning... ”

“Really terrible experience. The room is dirty and I saw some cockroach on my bed!”

“The ants were everywhere , also information about pick up from airport is not true.”

“the waiters at the bar - top - also the Lady cook was perfect. If you need something just call for the manger and than everything will be ok.”
