“This is a fantastic, very clean hotel. It is just seconds from the beautiful sunset beach and the gorgeous Pacific ocean! The property and the rooms were very clean, comfortable and quiet! Shawn, the manager was so nice and so eager to help in anyway! He really helped make our stay extra special! We enjoyed talking to him daily. “Everything was good until Sunday morning when the alarm kept going on and off! This was around 10am. No staff came to the rooms saying it was a false alarm. It terrified my 7 year old son and we rushed to pack and leave. There were NO apologizes from the staff that it was a false alarm. I had to ask what happened and they said it was a battery falfunction. Be more professional and go around the hallways saying it's not an emergency. And when checking out, APOLOGIZE for the inconvenience!!!”
