Apartment is up one flight of stairs, would have been good to know that in advance, and also to know beforehand that the parking was not in a driveway but rather on the street using a permit that had to be picked up upon arrival --- but it all worked out fine. Security was excellent with electronic locks for fenced-in entry walkway off the sidewalk, main door to building, and apartment itself. “Comfortable, well stocked and quiet apartment. Great view of rowers on the Charles. Only about a 10 minute walk to the T in Harvard Square. Off street parking is a huge bonus. Driveway is tight and it could be a problem if there were several cars, but not for us as we mostly left the car. There are two flights of stairs, but they are well lit and manageable. ”
