“1. Host was in communication throughout booking till end of stay. 2. Host let us check in early, im sure tough to guarantee all the time, but with 2x kids and 4 hour drive this was huge. 3. Property was as advertised I would stay the living dining area open concept very clean modern all updated 4. This location is lake living in a perfectly central located area you can take Route 9 along lake saratoga for 15 min up to the track or go 1/2 down the road to Browns beach for swimming and ice cream……

“We had great time. It is a beautiful house. Very clean. Heating was very good. Plenty of space. Kids had great time in basement playing area. Located 25 mins from skii resort. Some more blankets may help just in case some guests need them. We had minor requests and manager responded very quickly, Would highly recommend. ”

“We stayed at the guest house for 2 nights with our black lab. Jeremy’s hospitality was amazing! There were snacks and a full fridge waiting for us along with helpful guides to the area. Our dog had the best time swimming in the pond and watching the fish. It’s a very comfortable space in a stunning setting. Could not recommend more highly! ”

“We (adult couple) stayed at Andelyn Farm’s Hummingbird Cottage for a full week in July 2024. It is a comfortable and adorably-furnished antique cottage but we essentially lived on the spacious back porch which is furnished comfortably for reading, snoozing, playing board games and enjoying meals and overlooks the grounds (and is great for watching the hummingbirds visit their feeder). Andy and Lyn were the perfect hosts — responsive and helpful but unobtrusive. Only downsides or caveats: it is……

“We liked staying at the place as it had good amenities (washer, dryer, dishwasher, fridge with a freezer, fan, inflatable bed, wifi, cable, free parking spots. etc) and a lot of space. Where there is no central AC, it had a window unit which worked well - we had a comfortable stay in mid-July.”
