“This was a super clean and nice cottage to stay in. John the host helped me with anything I needed. They also let me have my privacy. This a great for if you work for Amish and working out of town. I plan on getting this cottage again for my boyfriend and I sue to bring avid fisherman. The area was quiet and beautiful! A+++++++”

“Over the weekend my family and I stayed here! And let me tell you, pictures do not do this place justice! It is so beautiful and peaceful here! My fiance and 2 boys loved the lake for fishing! We went on trail walks, the nature, the sound of wildlife, even went and grabbed some dinner from the restaurant near by! This is exactly what we wanted! We did not want to leave!! But rest assured, we will be going back!! ”

“We enjoyed our stay at the Pinewood! The property was very clean and well stocked for our family of 5. The hot tub was a highlight. There were neighboring cottages nearby but we still felt nice and secluded with plenty of privacy. I would definitely consider staying here again!”

“the owner lives on the property. she was very amenable to our needs. when we arrived, we did not have any cell service (only verizon in the area); no wifi or cable for pc or tv. she went out and bought an extra verizon phone to keep on the property for us and others to have a hotspot. AWESOME! other than some attention to cleanliness, this was a great stay.”

“We stayed here Dec 21-23 for our family Christmas and birthday celebration. The place was beautifully decorated with a Christmas tree, lights and lots of cool and unique items. The house was immaculately cleaned. We were pleased with how well stocked the kitchen and bathrooms were-literally everything one needs. The host even provides snacks and Smores fixins'.
