“We had an amazing stay at this OBX property! Our group of 10, ranging from kids to teens to adults, had more than enough space to relax and enjoy. The pool and tiki bar were absolute highlights—perfect for soaking up the sun and hanging out together. Amy was a fabulous host. She was incredibly responsive, helpful, and so pleasant to communicate with. Booking and coordinating with her was seamless from start to finish. “My Fiancée, our dog, and I stayed here the first full week of May and absolutely loved it. The house itself is beautiful—spacious, cozy, and very well-kept overall. The location was perfect: just a few minutes’ drive to grocery stores, restaurants, and local activities. The beach was only about an 8-10-minute walk away, which was totally manageable and made for nice morning and evening strolls.Inside, everything was very clean, with just a couple of small oversights: the trash cans hadn’t been……

One morning we saw 70 dolphins swim past us over a 2 hour period. We saw dolphins on 5 of the 7 days. Sunrise, morning coffee and baby dolphins putting on a show. How could you ask for more? Plus we found many great restaurants. I can't wait to go back! ”

“This house was absolutely perfect for our family of 10 and left us wanting for nothing. From the short walk to the gorgeous beach, multiple decks from which to enjoy the view (including sunrises!), including a lovely screened-in porch with cozy seating, comfortable beds in the spacious bedrooms, wonderful pool and hot tub and well-stocked kitchen, we wanted for nothing during our stay. We found every kind of cookware and pans that we could have needed which is a big deal for a family that likes……
