“Salty Anchor is a beautiful house, so well maintained and decorated tastefully. I was a little unprepared for the remoteness of Carova Beach, but the location provided a surprise element of adventure to our beach stay and my kids LOVED being right on the beach. “Excellent remote location! We rented a 4 wheel drive Expedition and my daughter drove an AWD Terrain across the beach to get to the house. The house is awesome and you'll see wild horses everyday. The closest grocery store is the food lion in town so plan accordingly. The owners have the house stocked very well but book this house and enjoy the privacy and driving one minute to the ocean.”
