“We booked this last minute and didn’t know what to expect. It was our first time to the area. We were pleasantly surprised. The room/condo was right in the beach with beautiful views of the ocean from our deck. Only a few steps away from the beach. The tennis/pickleball court was in excellent condition, with good equipment! We did have to buy our own pickleballs (not a big deal)and enjoyed it every day. The pool was going through what looks like some much needed renovations. Not a big deal, we……

“Property was simple and clean. Pool and hot tub were a huge plus and in excellent condition. Location was great as it's a short bike ride to Food Lion and several ice cream shops. Neighborhood is quiet. Only negative is they wouldn't let us check in before 4 pm even though was no one there the day prior. With us arriving to town around noon it would have been nice to be able to get to the house even 2 hours earlier in order for us to get settled in. Also wouldn't let us check out an hour later……

“Being that it was late October and pretty much the end of the vacation season some of the issues we encountered were understandable. The property was easy to find. located a short drive to Duck and Kittyhawk. The neighborhood was very quiet. When we first entered, we noted a mix of musty/bleach odor and a few dead palmetto bugs on the floor. The rooms were decorated nicely. The beds were a little too soft for my liking and a bit worn in.
