“The house was great, plenty of room for the 8 of us with a bedroom to spare. Very close to beach as stated, very easy access. Well appointed kitchen with everything you need. Comfortable beds and the ships watch is a cool place for breakfast and games. The only ask for a flawless guest experience is to take some of the money you’re spending on electricity to dry towels for 3 hours in the ancient washer/dryer and get a new set. “We had such an awesome time at A Beach Attitude! The house was clean, and had everything we needed for a fun family vacay. We loved the backyard & pool, plenty of outdoor & indoor space for the family to spread out and have fun together. We cooked many meals in the well stocked kitchen. The rooms and house were neat and organized. The area is so quiet & a short walk to the beach. Also a short drive to shops & activities. Great area for biking as well. We had the best time!”

“The unit was as advertised. Seemed to be a recent build. I love the fact they have actual cable TV. Most of the rentals now a days only have the smart tvs that require you to sign up for Netflix, Hulu, etc. before you can watch tv. The dryer in the garage was great and a thoughtful addition. Owner was very responsive when we reported a small issue with the hot tub. Check out was a breeze. Not a lot of extra requirements that would force you to get up even earlier to depart by the mandatory 10……

“Overall an average beach house that was efficient for our family vacation to the OBX. However, there were multiple things that if fixed would’ve given this house a higher rating. The house wasn’t fully cleaned upon our arrival with dog hair, cobwebs, dog poop in the yard, and sand in the house. The ice maker in the freezer didn’t work all week. Also this listing makes it seem that the room with the sleeper sofa is in the basement, but it is a detached room down at the pool level that has minimal……
