“We had a great time at this house and it's mostly remodeled. Kitchen is new. Main floor bath needs some updating but overall very nice property. Its located 2 blocks from the beach. There are no beach accessories (chairs, umbrellas, bikes, etc), so be prepared to buy or rent if you need those for your stay.For management: the guests before us didnt take their trash out so we had to deal with the smell until our pick up date. Also, one of the pool drain covers is broken and you can cut yourself……

“Point of Views was such a delight!! We stayed with 3 other couples- all of us have 2 kids ages 4 and under- and the space very nicely accommodated the 16 of us. The sunset & sunrise views were such a treat, not to mention being able to watch the 4th of July fireworks from the top deck. Short list of favorite things- the porch swings and hammock on the second deck level, the pool being able to handle the kids & adults without feeling crammed, walk to beach was less than 3 minutes. “Absolutely perfect house and great price!!! 5 minutes walk to the beach, house is clean and three full bathrooms are big and perfect for a week long trip!!! The pool and grill were all awesome and we used them the whole week!! Supplies us with pool towels and bath towels and clean sheets for all the beds!!! Definitely recommend and would book again. ”

“Absolutely loved the location. Right on the intercoastal. Nothin but birds, cicadas, and the soft flow of the water. We ate outside in the enclosed porch and out by the water. This home is everything they say it is and then some. The Morris Farm was awesome, huge flea market type with outdoor seating shaded and non shaded with live music. I will stay here again! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home!”
