“This cabin was very cozy! It was perfect for my husband, dog and myself. We had a great time driving through the mountains and then relaxed on the cabin. We splashed in the creek and enjoyed the sound of it from the lookout lodge. ”

“Very nice little place. Clean. The only trouble we ran into was that the "futons" are more like small "cots". My son and I visited the area to fish local streams. he is 25. I had the double bed. he was not comfortable in the small cot.Other wise, it was good. He didn't sleep well and it at least let me keep up with him for the weekend on the streams.”

“This is a true mountain cabin quiet and relaxing close to many class A trout streams along with breathtaking overlooks and vistas! The kids had a blast at the stocked pond on the property! The owner of the cabin was great with communication! Will definitely be looking to plan another trip back to camp buttercup!”

“Both cabins were immaculately clean upon arrival and check in was easy, with clear and well-timed communication. Furnishings were modern and comfortable, and we appreciated all of the thoughtful touches (plenty of towels and washcloths, extra blankets and throws, well-stocked kitchen). We had a wonderful stay and hope to return!”

“Although this reservation was booked spontaneously, we ended up having a magnificent time kicking off our summer at The Cozy Cove. We love Wellsboro and the surrounding areas, and this campground is at the heart of it all. There is a walking path at the far end of the campground that takes you directly to the Leonard Harrison state park in under a mile where you can enjoy both world class trail systems and world class views.
