“Great night staff friendly. Great customer service”

“Had request handicap accessibility. The shower “was not” explained this to front desk first employee a young girl said it was not requested. But the the next morning the front desk said yes it was noted in the reservations. The room was just across from the elevator so this was extremely helpful with the mobility issue. And thankfully, I was able to assist my sister in the shower. Staff was quite pleasant Enjoyed our stay with you. Will use you again when I’m in the Jacksonville area.”

“Super clean, but simple, bare bones hotel but it had everything I needed. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was typical but good. I wasn't crazy about the wet dog smell in the hallway or my room. Other than that, it was a nice stay.”
