“My husband and I wanted to visit the area to find property to purchase. We stayed in Swansboro. What an excellent stay we had! The condo was exceptionally clean, perfectly located, quiet, comfortable and they were extremely easy to communicate with. We ordered take out because we had our dog with us and had a wonderful dinner and bottle of wine out on the deck. We ended up heating the leftovers the next night for dinner as well. Everything in downtown Swansboro was within walking distance. ……

“It was really quiet and comforting. Liked having a pub to walk right down the stairs to. Only thing that we didn’t like was parking availability. My husband has a hard time walking. There’s no handicap parking available for guests. But we liked so well it would not cause us to stay somewhere else when we come to town again. ”
