“Overall the rental met all the needs for our trip. It was a cozy house in a great location with great view of donner lake. Love the balcony. However the upstairs loft was not as clean as wanted. The bed upstairs was stained with pet markings and smelled a little musky. But other than that, the rental met our needs. Another issue we did face was the parking. Initially the instructions for parking was not clear and we had to call vacasa to verify where to park. It was completely different from the……

Everything we were hoping for. (A particularly cool cafe style microwave oven). Would love to come back. Things to know…there were hairdryers in two bathrooms although we were told there were none. Towels were stingy. In “our” bathroom, we had 2 large towels, 1 small and 1 wash cloth. The management company couldn’t……

“Everyone had a great time loved the house only complaint was windows they were not allowed to be open upstairs and the room with the pool table was extremely hot it would have been nice if we could have opened the window ”
