"Firstly, the staff are all great. Almost everyone I passed by, smiled at greeted me. Check in and out was quick and painless. Rocco was very friendly. Helping us with our bags, when showing us to our room. We had to shorten our stay, and even though we booked through Expedia, they didn't charge us ..."
