“This place was gorgeous, super clean and well-kept! Our family stayed here for a few nights as a stop on our way to Sandbanks Beach. Perfect location with all the ammenities/grocery stores. There is even a nice playground within walking distance! ”

“We stayed for 2 nights so that we could enjoy winter activities at the local conservation area. The VRBO also included wifi and access to streaming services. Seamlessly perfect”

“We enjoyed our stay in Cabin 1. It is the first cabin located right next to the beach and fire pit. There is a private dock which was great for fishing and the water was clean. Ron the property manager was helpful whenever we had questions and he was up early in the morning to clean the water of weeds and rake the beach. We we first arrived, the cleaner was just finishing up as they had a group leave earlier that morning. Overall the place was very clean, though the towels were not the best……

“The main page of this cottage shows the beach. The property is no where near the beach. Black mould in the bathroom. The place is not large enough for seven people. We paid for five but one had to find alternate accommodations as it wouldn’t comfortably fit five. Called owner several times to get the code and they never returned our calls. We didn’t get the code till almost 5:30pm. The instructions for the home were very rude just saying they will charge you for anything, nothing sounded……

“Fantastic location and house. So well equipped for cooking and relaxing. Lots of space for the 11 of us to be together, that dining table is amazing, but lots of different smaller spaces for us to hang out in smaller groups. Super clean, comfy beds, fun kayaks and fabulous Sauna. Would highly recommend for family gathering.”

“This was last minute due to the power outage at another property due to the storm.They were very quick to reply to all my questions. We had a great time, beds comfortable, lots of space as per advertised. Only negative was the cleaning...bathroom on main floor walls dirty, cobwebs, stains in carpet, bugs on the floor, dirty dish in stove, used filter in coffee machine, used rasir in bathroom, however it was booked very last min. Also no wash cloths and hand towels in some bathrooms.Again not……

“We had a lovely time at this cottage. It was very clean, all the kitchen things you need are provided, and it's right on the lake. The decks and dock were great spots to spend a weekend, and the bbq came in handy. It's close to a town too if you forget anything. Some downsides to note: There was a large tv, but unfortunately the wifi didn't really work, so keep that in mind if that's an important part of your stay. There's a hottub in the listing but there isn't one at the cottage. I also……

“Great cottage Property manager Ron was awesome. Nice bonus was not having to purchase or bring firewood. Ron has a fire started nightly for the guests and keeps the grounds in great shape. Wifi not so good ”

“We didn’t get to stay because there was no code or contact with the owner. No communication at all. This is the worse vrbo experience I have had. The property should not be a rental.”
